DIY Planner + Organization and Inspiration // Como decorar tu agenda + Organización

viernes, marzo 04, 2016

Happy friday to everyone! How are you? Today I bring to you a post that I've wanted to do for the longest time but there's always something to add to the planner haha. I hope you like it!

This is my planner
Esta es mi agenda
DIY:
1. Inspirational-Positive Phrases // Frases motivadoras:
You'll need:
  • Scissors
  • Color papers
  • Glue
  • A computer
  • Printer
Lo que vas a necesitar:
  • Tijera
  • Papeles de colores
  • Pegamento
  • Una computadora
  • Una impresora

First, you need to cut the circles that are in the left of the paper (Only if your paper came with them), then you search on Pinterest, We heart it, Tumblr, A book you liked or any place where you find your inspiration and after that open the notes/word in your computer. Then you print those phrases in the colour paper. Finally, you cut them with the scissors and you paste it in your agenda. I have one to read everyday but you can do it in the way you like it!

You'll need:

  • A contact paper
  • A pen
  • Any tipe of colour paper

Lo que vas a necesitar:
  • Papel contact
  • Una lapicera
  • Marcador de color para libros

This is super simple. You only need to write the month in the paper and then paste it on the paper sheet and secure it with the contact paper.

 3. Transparent Sheet to put different things
You'll need:

  • Transparent sheet
  • Scissors
  • Glue Stick
Lo que vas a necesitar:
  • Un folio
  • Una tijera
  • La gotita

First you have to cut a rectangle that's the same size as cover of your agenda. When you do that the parts of the sides of the transparent sheet are going to be open so you have to stick them with glue . Then with the same glue you stick it to the inside face of the cover of your agenda and you can use it to store different things as papers , tickets, and more!

ORGANIZATION AND INSPIRATION

1. Color Code / Codigo de colores:

You'll see this in every post that is related to organization because it's so true! By color coding all of the things you do and write in your planner, it'll be more colourful and organized.
I use:
  • PINK: for anything related to the blog
  • GREEN: For finals
  • ORANGE: For homework and tests
  • BLUE: Birthdays and dates
  • YELLOW: for anything else
  • VERDE: Para finales
  • NARANJA: Para tareas y parciales
  • AZUL: Cumpleaños y fechas importantes
  • AMARILLO: Para cualquier otra cosa
2. Dates during the year and support // Citas durante el año y apoyo
Another thing that I do in my planner es open it at random days of the year and write something that I have to do that day, for myself. For example, go to a new cafe, take a walk, visit a new place in the city that I've never been before.
Also, I don't know yet when I'm going to have my finals but if you're one of those persons that lose motivation or stressed when it's that time of the year you can write some inspirational quotes around those days so when you open it you'll see it and feel more confident!

  16. DIY planners are way better than premade ones, at least you can alter them according to your needs. Colour coding sounds good and it would come really handy.

  26. This is such an adorable DIY! I have basically switched over to keeping track of what I need to do digitally, but I do still like making lists, so I should def. consider making a DIY organizer!
