When I have a bad day or I'm in a bad mood one of the things that works out better for me is go out for a run or dance it out. It can be any type of exercise, but let it all go with loud music is one of the best feelings ever.
Cuando estoy teniendo un mal día o estoy de mal humor una de las cosas que mejor me hace es salir a correr o bailar hasta que se me valla. Puede ser cualquier tipo de ejercicio pero dejarlo todo ir con música bien alta es uno de los mejores sentimientos que hay.

Make a new playlist/ Hace una nueva playlist
I'm always serching for new music and new artists and I love making playlists of all kind of things, but when I have a bad mood I add music to this playlist that is called "songs that make me feel something" and by the time I put a few songs I'm so much happy.
Siempre estoy buscando nuevas canciones o artistas y amo hacer playlists de mil cosas diferentes, pero cuando estoy teniendo un mal día agrego música a esta playlist que se llama "canciones que me hacen sentir algo" y para cuando termino de poner un par de canciones ya me siento mucho mas feliz.
Write it down
This works for a lot of people and for other is the worst thing they could do. But in my opinion at some point is something is bothering that day writing it down is going to make you feel so much better and relief. Also, if you can't write it, try to paint it or something similar, it's super helpful!
Esto trabaja re bien en un montón de personas y en otras es lo peor que podrian hacer. Pero en mi opinión en algún punto si hay algo que esta molestando ese dia, escribiendolo en un diario o algo por el estilo te va a hacer sentir mucho mejor y mas aliviado. También, sino te gusta escribir o no podes trata de pintar algo, es de mucha ayuda!
