Travelling Pt 1 - Sierra de la Ventana

miércoles, enero 28, 2015

I traveled with my family a few weeks ago and I thought to share it here with you. The first place we went was Sierra de la Ventana, and we also visited Villa Ventana. They are localities that are in the city of Tornquist, in the southwest of the province of Buenos Aires. It is a very touristic place in the province and has plenty of recreational activities and landscapes (and for people obsessed with photography like me) is perfect.

First we went to Villa Ventana where we had a gelato and we look at the different stores that was there.

Then we came to Sierra de la Ventana and in the days we were there we made different activities, like going to see the famous window that gives the city its name (which we couldn't climb because we didn't comply with the requirements and it was a walk of 10 hours in total). But instead we did a 1 hour walk and we saw a forest that left me in love.

Another day we went to see the "Devil's Throat" and it was a very long and tiring hike but totally worth it because the view was beautiful and so peaceful.

If it is a post of mine, there's always have to be  a photo of a sunset, and the one of that day left me breathless.

Another night was the night of kings and always in Sierra de la Ventana they make a show of fireworks and this is the photo I liked the most of all that I took because I always usually have problems when I take pictures of fireworks (my hand trembles haha)

Finally, before we left I had to go to a station that is not abandoned but the train doesn't go at all hours (according to my dad the train just went at night) so you can you take pictures and walk the track. I always wanted a picture like this and I loved it.
